The female parent is Nepenthes burbidgeae selected for its typical cream-coloured characteristics from the assorted clones sold under BE-3041 and the male parent is the spectacular and robust Nepenthes glandulifera. This is the reverse cross to the plants sold under the best-selling BE-3609 and is expected to exhibit more of the characteristics of Nepenthes burbidgeae.
